Cauliflower and Cheddar Soup

Time: 45 Minutes
Serves: 5

· 1 package of Vegtago Cheddar Cheese
· 2 Cauliflower Head
· 1 tbs of Cumin
· 6 Garlic Cloves- diced
· 6 Cipolline Onions -diced
· 1 tbs of salt
· 1 tbs of pepper
· 2 tbs Olive Oil

1. Remove stems from cauliflower head. Slice and cut cauliflower and boil till soft .
2. Add diced onions and a dash of salt, sauté until caramelized. Add garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add boiled cauliflower and break up with spoon. Add 900 ml of vegetable broth.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, pepper and cumin. Mix and bring to boil.
5. Boil on high for 25 minutes and stir once in a while.
6. Add one container of Vegtago Cheddar Cheese, mix thoroughly.
7. Serve and enjoy!
