Time: 20 Minutes
½ a container of Vegtago Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup of Quinoa
1 Cup of Broccoli Florets
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1. Start by preparing the quinoa. To cook the quinoa, follow the instructions on the package (the quinoa we used takes 15 minutes, so I cook the broccoli while the quinoa is cooking)
2. While the quinoa is cooking, prepare the broccoli. Heat approximately 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets. Stir continuously and add a dash of salt and pepper. Once the quinoa is ready, add the quinoa to the skillet with the broccoli florets.
3. Cook for about 2 minutes before adding the cheddar cheese. Depending on how cheesy you like your food, add a little or add a lot!
4. Continue cooking for an additional 2-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper (to taste).
Serve and enjoy!
